Terms and Conditions
1. Package fee does not include room rate and subject to 10% service charges.
2. Package applies to room types of Deluxe Terrace, Ocean Front Terrace, Premium Ocean Front Room and Premium Ocean Front Terrace, subject to availability.
3. At least 5 days of advance booking is required.
4. Cancellation is not allowed once the booking is made.
5. The Cooking Pack is designed and provided by the “DayDayCook”. The selection is based on seasonality and its discretion. Items may be changed from time to time without notice subject to supplier’s stock.
6. The Pier reserves the right to discontinue and / or amend the above packages at any time without prior notice.
7. In case of dispute, The Pier reserves the right to make the final decision.
