• This offer is available from now until 18 Dec 2022 and stay from 1 Dec 2022 to 31 Mar 2023.

• Package applies to room types of Superior Terrace, Deluxe Terrace, Ocean Front Terrace and Premium Ocean Front Room and subject to room availability.

• This package is for direct booking via email enquiry or by phone call only.

• The first and second stays will be defaulted to the same guestroom type, room type changes applicable upon booking confirmation.

• Redemption of the Gift Certificate valid from 2nd January 2023 – 31st March 2023 and no extension will be allowed.

• Gift Certificates are not exchangeable for cash and no refund for unutilized balance. Unutilized balance cannot be carried forward nor combined.

•  Lost Gift Certificates will not be replaced nor its value refunded.

•  Physical Gift Certificates must be presented upon redemption.

•  Each Gift Certificate can only be used once and unused vouchers will not be refunded.

•  The second stay is transferable to guest's relatives and friends for second stay, and the payment will be paid upon on the first stay check out.

•  72 hours advanced booking confirmation is required.
